<h3>Shipping Costs</h3>
<p>We offer the following shipping options for Spain:</p>

<li><strong>Home delivery:</strong> €3.99 (orders under €80)</li>
<li><strong>Free shipping:</strong> For orders €80 or more</li>
<li><strong>Correos pickup point:</strong> €4.99</li>
</ul>

<h3>Processing Time</h3>
<p>All orders are processed within <strong>1-2 business days</strong> from payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.</p>

<h3>Delivery Time</h3>
<p>Once shipped, estimated delivery time is <strong>1-4 business days</strong> via Correos Exprés.</p>

<h3>Shipping Area</h3>
<p>We currently ship only to <strong>Spain (mainland and islands)</strong>.</p>

<h3>Order Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through the provided link.</p>

<h3>Lost or Damaged Packages</h3>
<p><strong>Lost package:</strong> If your package is lost during shipping, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.</p>
<p><strong>Damaged package:</strong> Our ceramic products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product:</p>

<li>You must notify us within <strong>24 hours</strong> of receipt</li>
<li>Send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to <strong>baltica@ceramica.org</strong></li>
<li>We will send you a replacement at no additional cost</li>
