SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Handmade Ceramics)

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. Handmade Nature: Please note that our products are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, minor variations in shape, size, and glaze (such as small bubbles, pinholes, or slight color differences) are natural and constitute part of the unique character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects. Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Ceramics are fragile items. While we take great care in packaging, damage may occasionally occur during transit. Reporting Damage: Upon delivery, the customer is required to inspect the package immediately. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us at info@balticaceramica.org within 24 hours of receipt. You must provide photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging as proof for insurance purposes.

SECTION 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email.

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them.
